1. be natural:

Add natural movement to your day: walk, garden, sit on the ground or use stairs instead of elevators, talk face-to-face, sit on ground, laugh, jump.

2. Eat wisely: 

Choose a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, nuts, and beans. Limit meat and avoid processed foods.

3. Have a purpose

Find something that gives your life meaning,, and focus on it. Find meaning in a hobby, volunteer work, or being with family with quality time.

4. Downshift

Keep stress away from you. Get involved & habitual with yoga, meditation, or regular breaks to relax and unwind during the day. Live life to it's fullest.

5. Eat less

Eat mindfully. Stop when you are 80% full to avoid overeating and maintain a healthy weight. Do not eat as if you do not have next meal ever.

6. Belong to a community

Join a community, like a religious group, social club, or friends. Social interaction boosts well-being. Even animals stay in a group. What is wrong with we then?

7. Prioritize family

Spare quality time with family and loved ones. Strong family bonds support a happy, long life. Family life is a backbone of successful life.
