EAT ONLY WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY.   Hunger is one signal that the previous food is digested. AVOID OVEREATING. 

Proper sleep cures half of the diseases. Always have a proper sleep at proper time. Peaceful sleep is a blessing.

Of all the Pulses, Green grams are the best. It boosts Immunity. Other Pulses all have one or the other side effects.

Garlic even joins broken Bones. Additionally, it helps to reduce cholesterol levels & improves health of heart too. 

Anything consumed in Excess is like a poison. just because it tastes good, keep on eating  is not good for Health.  Be moderate. 

There is no Vegetable that has no medicinal benefit to the body. Do not prefer it over only taste, it has much more to offer.

DO EXCERCISE SLOWLY.  (Speedy exercise or Cardio is not RECOMMENDED). What is needed is consistency & not the speed. 

Chew your Food like a Goat. (Never Swallow food in a hurry. Saliva aids in digestion. Even Animals prefer chewing.

Bath removes Depression. It drives away Bad Dreams. Our body is majorly Water. Bath helps to restart. 

Never take Bath immediately after taking Food.  (Digestion is affected).  Best practice to have a bath first & then food.

No water matches Rainwater in purity..  never forget to get wet in first rain or so. it also builds immunity.

When there is  indigestion taking plain water serves like medicine. ALWAYS PREFER NATURAL REMEDIES OVER ARTIFICAIL MEDICINES.

Always prefer things that are Fresh.. Old Rice is an exception.  It is advised to finish the fresh food in less than 90 minutes once prepared. 

Take the food that has  all tastes. (viz: Salt, Sweet, Bitter, Sour, Astringent and Pungent). A complete meal is not about quantity but quality.

Fill your Stomach half with Solids, a quarter with Water and rest leave it empty.  This will not keep you healthy but active too.

When it is time for food, keep even 100 jobs aside. We should always maintain the proper time for food intake.
